Delivery Policy
At Aesthetics RX, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services for your orders of medicines. Please review the following information regarding our delivery policy:
1. Shipping Methods and Times
We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: For fast delivery, expedited shipping options are available with delivery typically next business day after processing.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
2. Order Processing Time
We process all orders for next-day delivery from Monday to Friday. The order cut-off time is 3pm – any orders placed after this time or approved after this time will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
FRIDAY RULE – Orders containing toxins placed on Friday without selecting Saturday delivery will be dispatched on Monday
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
4. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping, if you require for us to wholesale to a pharmacy overseas please get in contact with us through the online web form
5. Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the delivery status of your package. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier’s website. To enable this, please ensure you have entered email address and phone number on shipping details at checkout.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Exceptions
In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery times. We will make every effort to notify you of any delays and resolve any issues promptly.
8. Cold Chain Orders- Dispute Policy
If you have a dispute regarding a cold chain order that was delivered within 48 hours, please note that the integrity of the order is not compromised. Both we and our manufacturers have conducted extensive stability testing on our insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure product safety within this time frame.
Should you still wish to raise a dispute, photo evidence must be provided at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept evidence submitted after this point.
